My order hasn't arrived yet
We use Prodigi to print orders on-demand. This can lead to some additional waiting times before your order is shipped.
If your order still hasn't arrived after 10 business days, please contact us on the form below.
Our return policy lasts 14 calendar days. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. If no tracking information is available, we treat the date of delivery as 3 days after an item was sent.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in brand new condition in its original condition and packaging.
Shipping charges are not refunded.

Cancelling an order
We use Prodigi to print orders on-demand. This means as soon as your order is recieved, it'll be sent to be printed.
In most cases, we cannot cancel an order after it has been printed.

Delivery outside the UK
We currently cannot ship outside the UK. If you wish to be notified if this changes in the future, make sure to subscribe to our emails!
